Elegant Party Hire offers affordable delivery service so you don’t have to worry about picking up and bringing back the hired items. Below an overview of our delivery cost to your location (fee may vary depending on your location and the amount of equipment that needs to be delivered, access and times).

For Small/Medium Items - Delivery and pick up from Scarborough (excluding setup)

- 0-10km $40.00 *Minimum product spend $40

- 10-20km $60.00 *Minimum product spend $60

- 20-30km $80.00 *Minimum product spend $80

- 30-40km $120.00 *Minimum product spend $100

- 30-50km $150.00 *Minimum product spend $150

For Large Items (e.g. Wooden Arch Backdrops, Gazebo, Tables and Chairs, ONE table) - please reach out to us for the delivery cost. 

Please Note: We do not deliver to public parks where same day pickup is required.

All products require careful transport due to their size and nature, which ensure they arrive safely.

Please note: Self-collection option is not available.

We deliver all items at ground level in one location. Extra charges may apply if:

• Your event space is more than 30m from where our vehicle can pull up (e.g an office building which is 100m away from the loading dock).
• You wish for your hired items to be taken beyond the ground level of a building.
• If your hired items needs to pass through stairs, elevators, escalators or a steep descent.
• If you require a large quantity of hired items, a labour fee may be added to cover for staff’s time taken to load and unload the vehicle.
• If this information is not provided at the time of booking, the driver may be unable to complete the delivery, or any additional charges may be incurred.
